Strategic planning and operational management are the backbone of what Jay brings to the table at Back 40 Land Services. Some of his most notable accomplishments include developing and launching a franchise model in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Before Back 40 Land Services was formed, Jay led the design, construction, and startup operations for the world's most advanced vertical farming operation, Eden Green, located in Cleburne, TX. As part of the project, Jay sourced, negotiated, and closed on a 51-acre parcel of land for their operational headquarters that is conveniently located across the street from one of Walmart’s produce distribution centers

Jay’s experience is vast, with a passion for real estate culminating in closing a 1000-acre ranch value at over 3.3MM and grow operations, income-producing properties, commercial, recreational and residential properties truly shining as his strong suits.
